Xmas Cakes

It's the time of the year to revel in simple treats. We're thrilled to share our selection this year!
(The numbers correspond to the pictures on the right)

1) Xmas Red Velvet (red and green)
Our all-time favorite Xmas cake makes a comeback after a hiatus!

2) Burnt Cheesecake
Here's our take on one of the most popular cakes of the year!

3) Choc Gingerbread Cake with Salted Caramel Frosting
A ironic combination that somehow works! Not-too-overpowering gingerbread flavours in a rich dense choc cake, with candied stem ginger bits, topped off with creamy salted caramel frosting.

4) Choc Guinness Cake with Baileys' Irish Cream Frosting
Lovely malty flavours come through in the soft and moist choc cake, perfectly paired with the Irish Cream frosting - a boozy treat to tickle your tastebuds!

5) Classic Chocolate Log
Another old classic returns for the season. Soft choc roulade with light choc cream and little crunchy choc pearls, covered in choc ganache. Sometimes the simplest is the best!

6) Cranberry Walnut Brownie
New toppings for the festive season - yet another fruit and nut cake variation!
